LeaseLedger operates as a rental payment data servicer working with participating housing providers. We receive rental payment performance information for validation and furnishing purposes. LeaseLedger does not collect rent payments, act as landlord, extend credit, or provide credit repair services.
Information processed by LeaseLedger may include identifying elements necessary for file matching, lease obligation details, payment performance status, and account information relevant to rental reporting.
Data Retention
LeaseLedger retains information only as reasonably necessary to support reporting activities, dispute investigations, compliance oversight, audit review, and applicable legal requirements.
Secure destruction procedures are followed when information is no longer required and not subject to an active dispute, investigation, or legal hold.

If you believe information furnished by LeaseLedger is inaccurate or incomplete, you may submit a dispute through the applicable consumer reporting agency or contact LeaseLedger directly.
