LeaseLedger operates as a rental payment data servicer working with participating housing providers. We receive rental payment performance information, perform validation procedures, and furnish verified data to consumer reporting agencies in accordance with applicable law.
No. LeaseLedger does not collect rent payments, act as a landlord, or manage rental properties. We service and furnish rental payment performance information submitted by participating housing providers.
No. LeaseLedger does not provide credit repair, credit counseling, or debt settlement services. We do not guarantee any specific credit score impact.
Housing Providers
Housing providers that maintain accurate lease documentation and rental payment records in the ordinary course of business may request participation information. Participation requires execution of a Housing Provider Data Submission & Certification Agreement and adherence to LeaseLedger reporting standards.
Yes. For each reporting cycle, housing providers must submit a written certification confirming the accuracy and completeness of submitted information. Data is not eligible for furnishing without required certification.
LeaseLedger may conduct validation reviews and periodic audit checks to support data integrity. Supporting documentation may be requested when necessary to substantiate submitted information.
Consumers
Participating housing providers submit rental payment performance information on a monthly cycle. After validation, verified data is furnished to consumer reporting agencies.
You may dispute information directly with the consumer reporting agency displaying the information or contact LeaseLedger at compliance@leaseledger.org.(mailto:compliance@leaseledger.org) LeaseLedger will conduct a reasonable investigation and respond within applicable timelines.
No. LeaseLedger operates through participating housing providers and does not offer direct consumer enrollment through this website.
