LeaseLedger furnishes rental payment performance information submitted by participating housing providers. We maintain internal procedures designed to promote accuracy, validation, and responsible data furnishing practices.
If information is determined to be inaccurate, incomplete, or not verifiable, corrective action is taken in accordance with applicable requirements.
How to Submit a Dispute
Consumers who believe information furnished by LeaseLedger is inaccurate or incomplete may submit a dispute through the consumer reporting agency displaying the information or contact LeaseLedger directly.
Option 1: Through a Consumer Reporting Agency
If you submit a dispute through a consumer reporting agency, the agency will transmit the dispute to LeaseLedger for investigation. LeaseLedger will conduct a reasonable investigation and respond within applicable legal timelines.

Investigation Process
Upon receipt of a dispute, LeaseLedger reviews relevant records and may contact the participating housing provider for verification.
Where information is confirmed to be accurate and verifiable, reporting will be maintained. Where information is determined to be inaccurate or not verifiable, corrective action will be processed.
Investigations are conducted in accordance with applicable timelines.
Identity Theft & Fraud
If you believe information has been reported as a result of identity theft or fraud, please include supporting documentation such as an identity theft report or police report, where available, to assist in our review.
