Structured Participation Model
LeaseLedger works exclusively with participating housing providers who maintain reliable lease documentation and accurate rental payment records in the ordinary course of business. Our reporting model is designed to support responsible data furnishing through documented submission standards, monthly certification requirements, and validation controls.
Participation requires execution of a Housing Provider Data Submission & Certification Agreement and compliance with LeaseLedger reporting standards.

Participation Requirements
To participate in LeaseLedger’s reporting framework, housing providers must demonstrate the ability to maintain accurate and complete rental payment records and respond to reasonable verification inquiries.
Executed lease agreements maintained in the ordinary course of business
Documented rental payment history records
Monthly reporting capability
Written certification of accuracy for each reporting cycle
Cooperation with validation and dispute investigations
Monthly Certification Standard
For each reporting cycle, housing providers are required to submit a written certification attesting that the information provided for that period is accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith.
Data is not eligible for furnishing without receipt of the required certification. LeaseLedger reserves the right to suspend reporting where certification requirements are not met.

Validation & Oversight
LeaseLedger performs validation procedures designed to promote data integrity prior to furnishing. This includes review for completeness, format consistency, and exception handling where inconsistencies are identified.
LeaseLedger may conduct periodic audit reviews of submitted information and may request supporting documentation where necessary to substantiate reported data.
Participation may be suspended or terminated where reporting standards are not maintained.
Important Disclosures
LeaseLedger operates as a rental payment data servicer and furnisher. LeaseLedger does not collect rent payments, does not act as landlord, and does not extend credit.
Participation in LeaseLedger’s reporting framework does not guarantee any specific credit score impact for tenants.
